Live watercolor guest portraits painted during your wedding, so your guests leave with a keepsake, not just a favor.
Live wedding guest portraiture is a unique blend of entertainment and art. During your reception or cocktail hour, I create hand painted watercolor portraits of your guests on-site, capturing them in an fun and fashionable style that they can take home the same night.
I arrive 30–45 minutes before the reception begins (earlier if requested) to set up my painting station and prepare materials.
Guests are invited to stop by the artist table at their convenience. A quick reference photo is taken on an iPad, so guests can immediately return to enjoying the celebration or stay and watch.
Portraits are completed on a rolling basis throughout the reception during your booked painting time. This process minimizes wait times and allows as many guests as possible to participate.
Finished portraits are available for guest pickup later in the evening or by the end of the reception, depending on guest volume and timing.
Solo, one couple, or up to four guests per painting

Paintings are created in a loose, expressive watercolor style. Variations in likeness are a natural part of the live art process.
This service is ideal for intimate to mid-size weddings. For larger celebrations, couples typically select a set number of hours, with guest participation offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Portraits are completed during the booked painting time only

Group portraits (couples, families, friends) help maximize coverage
If desired, additional guest portraits may be completed after the wedding for $15 per portrait and shipped directly to the couple, when arranged in advance.
Live wedding guest portrait services are $200 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.
Setup and takedown time is included and does not extend the booked painting time.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve the event date.
The event date is not reserved until both the signed Agreement and required deposit have been received. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of signing, the Artist reserves the right to release the date without further notice.
The deposit is applied toward the final balance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Services will not be performed unless full payment has been received.

Venues beyond 2 hours incur a $200 flat travel fee for in-state weddings.
